Our team of skilled speech-language pathologists is dedicated to helping children overcome speech, language, feeding, and communication challenges with personalised, evidence-based therapy. We work collaboratively to support each client’s unique needs and empower them to communicate with confidence.

Director/Senior Speech Pathologist
Shauna Moloney
Shauna graduated from The University of Sydney with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She loves being a paediatric therapist, with a particular interest in early language intervention, childhood apraxia of speech, and feeding and swallowing disorders. She takes a play-based and multi-sensory approach to her sessions, as she believes this optimises each individual’s engagement and enjoyment during their appointment. She believes strongly in family-centred practice and building good relationships with each client and their family. Shauna has worked in the disability and age-care sector over the past 6-years, and has experience working with the NDIS, Medicare, Private health, and age-care. Shauna is trained in Hanen (More Than Words), Key Word Sign, Lidcombe Program, Nuffield Dyspraxia Program, Sounds-Write literacy program, PROMPT (Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets), and courses in feeding assessment and management including VitalStim Therapy, Infant Feeding Foundations Workshop (Carly Veness), Paediatric Feeding Foundations Program (Carly Veness), and SOS-Feeding Approach. Shauna provides mobile services to homes, schools, and age-care facilities, as well as providing Telehealth services.

Speech Pathologist
Taegen Crawford
Taegen graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. She is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, fun, and functional therapy through a child-led and strengths-focused approach. Taegen enjoys working closely with children and their families to support meaningful goals and help children thrive within their everyday environments. She values taking the time to listen to each child’s individual needs and believes collaboration is key to achieving positive outcomes. Outside of work, Taegen enjoys surfing, reading, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends. Taegen provides mobile services to homes, schools, and age-care facilities, as well as providing Telehealth services and group therapies.

Charlin Wang
Charlin graduated from The University of Sydney with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Charlin is enthusiastic about helping children grow and supporting them throughout their developmental journey. She has a special interest in speech sound disorders and early language interventions. Charlin believes that therapy should be fun and enjoyable, so she prioritises engagement as well as learning during the sessions. She is dedicated to providing neuroaffirming and family-centred practice, ensuring clients and their families feel comfortable and supported during sessions. Outside of work, Charlin enjoys reading novels, listening to music, and travelling with friends and family. Charlin provides mobile services to homes, schools, and age-care facilities, as well as providing Telehealth services and group therapy.

Speech Pathologist Assistant
Amy Palin
Amy is currently studying a Masters of Speech Pathology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Amy completed a Bachelor of Psychology in 2018 and has since worked in the corporate side of healthcare. She is excited to have made the switch to become Speech Pathologist so she can work with people to help them overcome their speech and language challenges. She thinks therapy should be fun for kids and give them the skills and confidence to reach their full potential. Amy is a Northern Beaches local who loves the beach, hiking at the Ku-Ring-Gai and going to gigs at Avalon RSL.

Administration Assistant
Nadia Martin
Nadia is the friendly face behind our administration. Working remotely, she supports our families from their very first enquiry through to appointment coordination and ongoing administrative support. Her organisation, efficiency, and approachable nature help ensure every family’s experience with The Beachie Speechie is smooth, responsive, and welcoming.
